Orthodontia

             I love that Jeannette made her own braces. The picture in my head is really funny, but it sounds like something I would consider doing in that situation. Her design would have required lots of thinking and mechanics, which I probably wouldn't have been able to master. Thank goodness I didn't have to do it.The design she describes sounds like a rough version of headgear.  She talks about how she bent a coat hanger to go around her head and used rubber bands to straighten her teeth. I never would have been able to design that myself. I am extremely impressed by her ability to create her own braces at such a young age.
